Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Responsible for selling HP/Poly’s products systems and services as part of the sales team into designated sales territories for the purpose of building new business and maintaining renewing existing customers in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui province,
? Plan, manage and execute revenue generating sales plans for these accounts.
? Work in conjunction with the regional sales team and services sales team to deliver Poly’s product, solutions and services to the accounts.
Position Requirements:
? Minimum 7 years relationship management and major account management experience in a professional organization.
? Proven campaign management abilities. Experience of structured sales techniques spanning the entire sales cycle i.e. identification and qualification of opportunities, business development, order fulfillment and ongoing account management.
? Demonstrable track record of campaign delivery. The ability to use a wide range of skills (listening, questioning, qualifying, gaining commitment, negotiating, summarizing, closing etc.) in order to adopt a tailored approach to the prospect or client based on recognition of their signals.
