職責描述：
1. Responsible for Diffusion advanced processes development to meet new product requirements and also make the processes good for manufacturing and cost.
2. For issues of immature process and/or process integration, work with integration and other teams to find out path and solution.
3. Optimize current processes to improve product performance and yield. And also reduce cost and improve throughput.
4. According to current product/process issues and the needs of future product/device, assess new equipment, material and process, provide suggestion and application solution. Lead and co-work with teams including process integration to implement and use new equipment, material or process.
5. Investigate the process issues, find out root cause and implement preventive actions.
6. Train and guide junior engineers.
任職要求：
1. 3 years above work experience in semiconductor process. Advanced Diffusion processes and/or 3D NAND experience is preferred.
2. Master degree or above. Majored in microelectronics, physics, chemistry, or material science/engineering.
