1.量產產品負責人，維護產品cp/ft/eqc 良率及利用數據分析，電性分析等手段找到影響產品量產良率的因素，并加以改善。

3.負責定義新產品測試流程，并持續改善測試時間及覆蓋面。
4.負責新產品設計到產品量產過程中的工程分析，并解決新產品導入過程中遇到的各種問題。
5.負責工程測試及量產認證的實際操作。
6負責量產，工程數據的分析與報告。
7.熟練應用各種測試機臺，并能夠利用te開發的程序完成不同要求的數據收集，也可以完成二次開發。
1.maintain product cp/ft/qc yield and improve it by using efa/dfa/pfa method to dig out the factors.
2.abnormal event handling.
3.define new product test flow and continue improve test time and coverage.
4.in charge of the engineering analysis of new product. and solve the issues during the new product introduction.

任職資格:
1.材料，微電子，物理，化學，及半導體相關專業的本科及碩士學歷
2.4-6年（本科）或2-4年（碩士以及上）的相關工作經驗；歡迎應屆生投遞，先做助理產品工程師。
3.具備一定的半導體物理知識。
4.熟悉產品規格，并了解產品操作機理以及產品架構。
5.熟悉半導體制造流程。
6.熟悉芯片測試原理及流程。
7.熟悉電性分析及物理失效分析手段。
8.熟練掌握各種辦公軟件的操作。
9.不錯的英語口語能力。
10.不錯的溝通與協調能力。
11.良好的學習能力。
1.material science, micro-electronics; ee, physics, chemical, bachelor or above.
2.4-6 years (bs degree) or 2-4 years (ms or above) of relevant experience
3.familiar with semiconductor physics.
